School Resource Officer
The Paris Police Department is accepting applications for the position of School Resource Officer for the Oxford Hills Middle School. This position is based on a 42-hour work week which includes patrol shifts when school is not in session. Starting pay is $28.52 per hour along with a generous benefit package. All applicants must be a high school graduate or hold a GED, be at least 21 years of age and have or are able to obtain a State of Maine driver’s license. The applicant must able to pass an oral board, a thorough background investigation, and a polygraph examination. A college degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred, but all training and experience will be considered. Applications will remain on file for six months.
